$200 per 60-minute session for individuals.

I am currently credentialed with the Oregon Health Plan. I can accept Open Card or Healthshare / Care Oregon, Trillium and Pacific Source Commercial.

Digital payments are accepted for out of pocket fees. Payment is due is the end of session.

Cancellation Policy

24-hour cancellation notice required.  You will be charged a $75 no show fee for missed appointments without notice.
